CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Due to our commitment to fast delivery, we automatically process orders every 30 minutes after placing them. Therefore, it is not possible to make changes to your order. However, if you have accidentally ordered the wrong product, you can request a return following the procedure in our return policy.
To ensure correct delivery, please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all necessary details. Using the correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information, if applicable, is crucial to successful delivery. WHY ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED IN SEPARATE PACKAGES?
If you have placed an order with multiple items, each item may be shipped separately from a different international warehouse to expedite delivery. If an item is very popular or on backorder, we may ship items separately to avoid delays and ensure fast delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR LOST?
