30-DAY NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED RETURN POLICY

We strive to provide a pleasant shopping experience for all customers at purryhome.com. However, we understand that you may sometimes want to return an item. If you would like to return a product, please contact our support team. They will provide return instructions and assist you through the process if needed.

 

RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS

Any item may be returned within 30 days of receipt. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from purryhome.com, you may return eligible items for a full refund within 30 days—no conditions or exceptions! We will refund the product price once we have inspected the returned item and confirmed its condition.

To qualify for a full refund:

  • The item must be in sellable condition.

  • It must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use or removal.

  • All original parts and accessories (e.g., drain and overflow components) must be included.

  • Printed materials such as manuals and accessories must be returned.

  • The product must show no signs of wear (scratches, marks, sealant residue, etc.).

  • A proof of purchase, such as your receipt, is required.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note it may take 4–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account or credit card, depending on your financial institution.

Returned items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund. Items damaged during installation are not eligible for return or refund.

 

RETURN WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING

In rare cases, we may accept returns of products without the original packaging. Please contact us first to request a return label. Your request must be approved by our customer service team. Approval is not guaranteed and is evaluated case by case.

 

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to request a replacement. When reporting a defect, please attach photos of the issue to help us process your request quickly. Once reviewed, we will ship a replacement product.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or misrouted shipments due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. Once your order is entered into our system, changes can no longer be made.

To ensure successful delivery, please enter your shipping address completely and accurately. This includes proper abbreviations, house numbers, apartment numbers, and routing information if applicable.
