Once an order is placed and paid for, we commit to delivering goods using your selected delivery method. If the goods are delivered on time but not received due to reasons beyond our control, this is not grounds for a refund. Orders cannot be modified once entered in our system. Use accurate abbreviations, apartment/building numbers, and route info to ensure delivery. If the address is deemed insufficient by the courier, the package will be returned, and the customer will bear re-shipping costs.
