What bulb does it take?

IT TAKES A STANDARD E26 CAP BULB, SOLD EVERYWHERE IN THE UK. Choose an LED bulb for the longest life, and one marked dimmable if you plan to dim it.

Is it dimmable?

Yes. Pair it with a trailing-edge (LED-compatible) dimmer. Older rotary dimmers made for incandescent bulbs can cause flicker or buzzing.

Do I need an electrician?

No. It plugs into a standard UK socket: unpack, position, switch on.

How low does it hang?

The suspension is set at installation to anything up to 450 cm from the ceiling. Over a dining table or island, aim for the bottom of the light to sit 75–90 cm above the surface; for walkways keep at least 2 m of head height.

Will it work on a sloped ceiling?

Usually, yes. A pendant on a cable or rod hangs true on most slopes; only the ceiling plate needs to sit flat. Send us a photo of the ceiling and we will confirm before you order.
