What bulb does it take?

None. The LEDs are built into the fitting, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws Approx. 36 W (Ø60) · approx. 42 W (Ø80) · approx. 56 W (Ø100).

Is it dimmable?

Yes. Pair it with a trailing-edge (LED-compatible) dimmer. Older rotary dimmers made for incandescent bulbs can cause flicker or buzzing.

Do I need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired, so it connects to the existing cable at your ceiling rose or wall point. That work should be done by a qualified electrician. A straight swap for an existing fitting is a routine job.

Can it go in a bathroom?

No. It is rated IP20, which is for dry rooms only: keep it out of bathroom zones 0 to 2 and away from outdoor exposure.

How low does it hang?

The suspension is set at installation to anything up to 150 cm from the ceiling. Over a dining table or island, aim for the bottom of the light to sit 75–90 cm above the surface; for walkways keep at least 2 m of head height.

What colour is the light?

Warm white: the soft, golden tone of a traditional incandescent bulb. The most flattering choice for living rooms, bedrooms and dining.

Will it work on a sloped ceiling?

No. The supplier lists this one for flat ceilings only. If your ceiling is sloped, send us a photo and we will suggest an alternative.
