Questions
Common questions
What bulb does it take?
None. The LEDs are built into the fitting, so there is no bulb to buy or change.
Do I need an electrician?
Yes. It is hardwired, so it connects to the existing cable at your ceiling rose or wall point. That work should be done by a qualified electrician. A straight swap for an existing fitting is a routine job.
Can it go in a bathroom?
Yes. It is rated IP44, which meets the IPX4 splash-proof requirement for bathroom zones 1 and 2 (around the bath or shower, outside the enclosure itself). Zone 0, inside the bath or shower tray, needs IPX7.
What colour is the light?
Cool white: bright and crisp, closer to daylight than to a traditional bulb. Good for utility spaces; most people prefer warmer light in living areas.

Issue handled brilliantly
Remote stopped pairing after a week. Support walked me through a reset over email and when that didn't work they sent a new one.

Easy to adjust height
The 150 cm cable meant we could get them just right over the dining table. Our electrician sorted it in half an hour.

Great in the attic room
Our attic conversion gets unbearable in summer. This fan has made it usable again, and it looks really nice against the sloped ceiling.

Study corner sorted
Hung it low over my daughter's desk area and she says it's the best light for revision she's had.
